Everson Student Starts Publishing Newspaper

Everson Elementary has a newspaper publisher in its midst. Fifth-grade student Benjamin Kurashige worked to create “The Everson Element” paper for fellow students. His first issue arrived Jan. 10. Within the issue, Kurashige highlighted a recond field trip second graders went on, student showing coursge as part of the theme for the month and highlighted the history behind the holidays in January. He also updated students on the running club at recess and even had a few extras, such as a joke.
